Uploaded content: the photographs of your vehicle that you upload, which may include metadata (such as date or, in some cases, location data embedded in the image file), and any personalisation text you provide.
Payment information: payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and by Shopify. We do not store full card details ourselves.
Account information (if you create an account): your username, password, preferences and settings.
Communications: any correspondence you send us, such as customer service enquiries.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, network connection and other unique identifiers.

6. Your Uploaded Photographs
We treat your uploaded photographs as part of your order data. We use them solely to produce your print, unless you have separately consented to our using images of the finished product for marketing.
We retain uploaded images for 12 months after your order has been fulfilled, so that we can handle reprints, replacements and support enquiries. After this period, images are deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep them longer for legal reasons.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell your personal data. In certain circumstances we may disclose it to third parties for legitimate purposes, including:
Shopify, which hosts and helps operate our Services (see "Relationship with Shopify" below).
Payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) to process payments securely.
Printing and framing suppliers, where production is fulfilled by a third party, to the extent needed to make your product.
Couriers and shipping partners (our chosen couriers) to deliver your order, and customs authorities where required for international shipping.
IT, hosting, analytics and software providers who help us run our Website and business.

8. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. Where Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information for its own enhanced features, Shopify acts as a controller for those purposes. Order and transaction records are generally kept for 6 years to meet tax and legal obligations. Uploaded photographs are retained as described in section 6.
